Please keep in mind that emails are not completely secure. Emails should include only routine matters that don’t require an immediate response. Emails are not appropriate for use in an emergency. We try to reply to all emails (with the exception of new patient requests) within one business day. However, please allow for the possibility of any technical issues or delays in message delivery by the service provider.

- Non-urgent/non-emergent medical advice
- Billing questions
- Test and/or lab results
- Patient education or assistance materials
All patient communications relating to diagnosis and/or treatment will be filed in your medical record.

- HIV / Substance Abuse issues
- Mental Health specifics
- Work related injuries / Disability issues
Our office is dedicated to keeping our medical record information confidential. However, due to the nature of e-mail, third parties may have access to messages. When communicating from work, you should be aware that some companies consider e-mail corporate property and your messages may be monitored.
